Terms and Conditions for All Trades North East Ltd

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by All Trades North East Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to customers and users (“you”, “the client”). By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide a range of trade services, including but not limited to plumbing, roofing, landscaping, joinery, and removals. All jobs are managed by All Trades North East Ltd and may be carried out by our in-house team or by trusted, vetted subcontractors.

3. Quotes & Payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
• Final payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings can be made via phone, website form, or email.
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule jobs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, availability, health & safety).

5. Subcontracted Work

While we take full responsibility for managing the job, some work may be performed by subcontractors or offsite team members. These individuals operate under our standards, supervision, and insurance.

We ensure:

• All subcontractors are qualified and vetted.
• You will always be informed if subcontracted personnel are assigned.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Pre-existing conditions not visible at the time of the quote
• Minor cosmetic damage during necessary work (unless caused by negligence)

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate job details
• Ensure access to the property during the scheduled work
• Remove or protect personal items as needed

8. Disputes and Complaints

We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. Please contact us directly with any concerns. If unresolved, you may escalate via relevant trade or legal channels.

9. Intellectual Property

Our website, branding, content, and app (when launched) remain the intellectual property of All Trades North East Ltd.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of English courts.
